Mind, Body, Spirit & Fun
After working as a RN in Critical Care, raising four children, teaching barre and yoga, taking several personal development seminars, and delving into my own personal healing, I have a clear and intuitive understanding of the human condition.
From a medical perspective, I innately understand the anatomy and physiology of the human body. Through an emotional lens, I have had the honor of caring for people in their most vulnerable and scary moments. Personally, I have stretched and extended my own capacity to hold the truth by continuously working on my own conditioning and wounds from my past. And as a mom, my kids have simply been my biggest teachers.
With a background in fitness and training in kundalini yoga, I have a passionate lived understanding of how human beings relate to themselves and one another and how that translates into our physical existence.
I am presently pursuing a Master of Arts Counselling Psychology Degree and offer Embodiment Healing as well as private kundalini yoga classes, here in Calgary.
My approach is simple, yet unique. I’ve incorporated all that I’ve learned into holding space and teaching others; the mind through talk and processing thoughts, the body through mindfulness, grounding and movement, the spirit by means of intuitive attunement and healing touch and some fun through expression and narration.
I believe whole heartedly in a holistic creative approach to both my healing and my teaching, and I am committed to helping others re-connect with their true selves.
